		<description>Thanks for the comment!  I have traveled all over central and eastern NC looking for old mills (grist in particular).  I am hoping to put together a mill/covered bridge tour of Western NC at some point when I have time.  There&#039;s just something really fundamentally interesting about mills for me.</description>

		<description>Found your site while cruising the web for sites containing information on water-powered mills. I am fortunate to live about 10 miles from a farm having two (grist and saw).  The saw mill has been restored and is run several times a week except during the winter months.  The grist mill was completely disassembled last year, and restoration work is in process.</description>
