Isaac and a ’32 DeSoto

Isaac is all ready for a drive in the country!

Today we were out in Carrboro to make some arrangements with Isaac’s new weekend Nanny.  After our brunch at Elmo’s, we were leaving the parking lot, when Hanna spotted this old car, beautifully restored.  Usually I shoot these sorts of things in a much more decayed state, so it was nice to see a beautiful old car so loved.  The best part of it all, for me, is the synchronicity of Isaac’s attire–he looked like he was ready for a leisurely country drive with the top down!  Pity it was in a parking lot and surrounded by boring cars, but what can you do?
